Overage Deposit
We make every attempt to best match what you ordered. At checkout, an Overage Deposit may be added to your
order which represents any potential extra product shipped over what was
ordered. Upon delivery, you will receive a cash refund representing the
unused difference between the amount delivered and the amount ordered.

To guarantee timely delivery, we must have complete addresses, full
name, and daytime phone numbers. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes at this
time.
Orders are packaged and shipped from Monday through Saturday and
exclude public holidays. Orders with multiple vendors, will arrive in separate
shipments and possibly on different days. If there is a delay in receiving your
order, feel free to contact us at +592-664-3338.
When an order is
shipped, a confirmation email will be sent within 12 hours, via the email
address provided upon registration.
Orders may be shipped to your home,
office or other location of your choice as long it is within Guyana.
Prohibited Items
Banned Substances, Contraband, Narcotics,
Ammunition, Perishables
If an order is damaged during shipment we will provide you with a
full refund without charge. The method of refund will vary based on the method
of payment used to make the initial purchase. Refer to our returns policy for
full return instructions.
N.B. If a package appears to have been tampered
with in any way, customers are encouraged to decline the delivery and inform
Guystar immediately. Guystar will not accept responsibility if a report is not
made within 48 hours.

At this time the Guystar.com serves destinations within Guyana
only. We are unable to ship orders outside of Guyana.
