Mango(Seasonal) Ea

The world's most eaten fruit as it is found in tropical climates across the globe. Probably the most perfect fruit with about 2000 varieties. And Guyana is lucky to have two seasons per year. They are rich in Vitamin C and fiber, and are elbow licking good.

You can cut them along the seed; mangoes have slightly flatter sides to guide you. Or you can peel off the skin before eating.

Great in a fruit salad, by itself, blend it and make a drink or ice-cream.
