This bottling serves up notes of grapefruit, earthy spice, clean rice, flinty mineral and a little yeasty funk flavours. Can be served both cold and warm, this sake is a wonderful accompaniment to seafood and sushi. Gekkeikan Traditional would also make an excellent base for sake cocktails.
